Milwaukee, WI – Established in 1956, Ascension is dedicated to improving and sustaining the health and lives of those in the local community, including those who are most vulnerable. They have recently offered an Adolescent Day Treatment Program which provides teens a safe space fi ve days a week to calm their nervous system with lowlights, soft sounds, and wonderful soothing interactive displays. This offers a safe space to talk through tough topics, and to use sensory strategies to help teens feel calm.

Milwaukee, WI – The mission of the Children’s Outing Association is to provide family focused, child centered, and community connected opportunities that change lives and build positive futures. Programs provided are: Early Child Development, Youth Development, and Community Development. They also offer camping experiences that provide a safe, fun, and supportive environment so campers can enjoy the wonders of nature and make life-long friends.
HEBRON HOUSING SERVICES
Pewaukee, WI – Founded over 41 years ago, this organization has a mission to restore hope and dignity by providing services that end homelessness in the community. Their shelters are open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Their Juno house is a special place for women and children because it offers a safe comfortable, home-like atmosphere for families to rest. They also offer a Youth Housing Program that helps youths ages 18-24 experiencing homelessness.
HYSLOP FOUNDATION
Kenosha, WI – Hyslop owns and operates Hawthorn Hollow since 1964. It is a nature sanctuary and arboretum and has been connecting people and nature through environmental education for over 59 years. Walking trails invite visitors to explore prairies, gardens, the woodlands of the Pike River Valley, and a 12-acre botanical garden. Their mission is to cultivate appreciation, understanding, and stewardship of the natural and local heritage through environmental education and sanctuary preservation.

Their mission is dedicated to promoting a new social model of community-based care, one that provides a non-institutional lifestyle of service, choice, dignity to all ages, and bridging the gap between generations. Activities that adults share time with children include Music, art, storytelling, and playing balloon volleyball.
