Milwaukee, WI – This organization was founded in 1992 to assist low-income residents in becoming homeowners. To do this, Acts Community Development Corporation partnered with the City of Milwaukee to connect neighborhood residents to homes via an incorporated lending plan. This program provides perspective homeowners access to home-buying counseling, real estate brokerage, and home rehabilitation counseling all under one roof.

Waukesha, WI – Chosen Inc. is a ministry dedicated to educating and supporting their surrounding community about foster and adoptive parenting. Their mission is dedicated to “Fostering Forever Families.” Chosen Inc. seeks to educate the public about the impact of adoption, fostering, and provide material, spiritual, and emotional support to families who have chosen oft-misunderstood paths. Founded in 2016, Chosen Inc. has served more than 600 families throughout the state.

CIVIC MUSIC ASSOCIATION OF MILWAUKEE
Milwaukee, WI – Since 1918, the Civic Music Association of Milwaukee has been active in developing music education and performance opportunities to young inspiring musicians in the Greater Milwaukee area. Participating vocalists and instrumentalists get to take part in a variety of unique opportunities through private lessons, workshops, auditions, performance, and competition. Recently, Civic Music directly served over 150 young musicians in the community.

CONGREGATION OF THE GREAT SPIRIT
Milwaukee, WI – Established in 1989, the Congregation of the Great Spirit is a predominantly Native American Indian parish of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. The Congregation founded and maintained the Siggenauk Interfaith Spiritual Center as an urban spiritual outreach and social welfare agency based at the parish. The Congregation offers a program called The Welcoming Place which provides food, domestic violence referrals, and host cultural events.

GIVING TO THE NATIONS
Racine, WI – Since 2017, Giving to the Nations is an organization devoted to advancing the lives of others. Their goal is to alleviate hygiene poverty by supplementing individuals and families throughout Racine and Milwaukee counties by providing personal care, baby care, and household cleaning products. Other basic non-food goods provided: toothpaste, shampoo, deodorant, laundry detergent, diapers, and toilet paper. Their program has grown since the onset of Covid-19.

PRISM ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
Milwaukee, WI – Founded in 2011, Prism is an organization connected to a network of more than 1400 local United Ways worldwide. Their goal is to catalyze economic opportunity for the Sherman Park community by providing access to resources that result in sustained economic growth. One of their programs is called UpStart Kitchen which has created a healthier food related ecosystem and workforce in Milwaukee. Entrepreneurs of UpStart include caterers and food truck operators.
